Remember to include the quantity, name and code of the items you are ordering, your VISA, BankCard, or Mastercard number, the expiry date, the name on the card, and your postal address. We also accept cheques and money orders. Please make cheques payable to Kathryn Thompson or Judith Coombe and write your name and address clearly on the back.
